Does fitness have to take special planning?

Not always.

In Augusta, Georgia, The ⛳️ Master’s Golf Tournament is usually played in April. However, in the pandemic of 2020, it’s been moved to now, in November. Many Augustans (in usual years) rent their homes to golf patrons all over the world. During these times, we Augustans stay clear of Master’s 🚦traffic.

As with usual tradition, this week I find myself in 🍊Orlando, Florida (my home away from home) despite the fact there is little traffic back home. Here, it’s ☀️ sunshiny (with the occassional ☔️ rainstorm)– not to mention Hurricane Eta is next door impacting neighboring Tampa (stay safe)!

Thankfully, Disney has plenty of 🍉 healthy foods to eat, including a variety of wholesome beverages (no, I’m not referring to 🥂alcohol- though that’s available, too!). Couple that with an abundance of walking space (I’m taking it easy with my hip injury), and we have a recipe for 🥰 happiness, 🍋 healthiness, and ☀️ Vitamin D!

I haven’t had to plan my day around my workout or meal planning. I simply made it a point to get my walking steps in, drink an adequate amount of 💦 fluids throughout the day, and choose 🥦 healthy options when dining outdoors.
